CEMS-5000 Continuous Emission Monitoring System 
CEMS-5000 Continuous Emission Monitoring System is developed based on  UV differential absorption spectroscopy technique (UV DOAS). It is used for the online monitoring of SO2, NOx (NO, NO2) and dust.  it can be expanded to measure CO, CO2, HCl, HF, NH3, H2S, Cl2, VOCs for specific occasions.

 It has four basic parts: the dust monitoring subsystem, gaseous pollutants monitoring subsystem, flue gas parameter monitoring subsystem, system control, and data acquisition and a processing subsystem. It can monitor parameters such as SO2, NOx, O2,  dust, temperature, pressure, and flow rate.

The gas passes through the sampliing probe, go through the two level filters to remove the dust, and then enters into the analyzer via heated sampling pipeline. The analyzer will analyze the gas pollutant concentration and update the data into the central monitoring platform. This CEMS equipment has two measuring types. Cold dry type which is suitable for the boiler working condition with organic content in the fuel. And Hot wet type which is suitable for combustion of 
natural gas and diesel fuel.

Working principle:

The pretreatment system flow path adopts the extraction type heat and humidity method, the whole process is high temperature with heat companion, no cold end, no SO2 loss; The analyzer adopts White pool structure, has the advantages of low detection limit and fast response.

The sample gas is extracted into the pretreatment system through the high temperature pump. The dust is removed from the sample gas through the probe filter element.

After sampling the probe and heating the sample gas through the heating module, the sample gas is passed through Constant power heat pipe heat to about 120o C into the host cabinet, and then filtered by the secondary level filter and membrane filter. The final sample gas is sent to the analyzer for analyzing in the heating box.

The system can achieve periodical purge towards the probe through controlling the sampling solenoid valve and purge solenoid valve. In addition, the system is able to realize periodical auto zeroing function. The system is equipped with full-process calibration function.

System Composition:

The CEMS-5000 system is composed of four parts:
• emission gas analyzer (O2, NOx (NO, NO2), CO, CO2)
• atmospheric particulate monitoring subsystem;
• flue gas parameter monitoring subsystem (temperature, pressure, flow rate, humidity, oxygen content)
• system control and data collection and processing subsystem

It can monitor not only SO2, NOx, O2, PM, temperature, pressure, velocity and humidity, and also can be extended to monitor HCl, HF, CO, CO2, NH3, H2S, Cl2, VOCS for specific occasions. The measured gas passes through sampling probe for dedusting, tracing pipe for sampling and then enters gas analysis module (UV-DOAS technology) for analysis and measurement.

The product effectively solves the technical problem that moisture and dust will interfere the measurement. Especially in ultra-low measurement occasions, it has unparalleled advantages.
