CEMS-5000-L Continuous Emission Monitoring System (Ultra-low Hot-wet)
CEMS-5000-L Continuous Emission Monitoring System (Ultra-low Hot-wet) is developed based on UV differential absorption spectroscopy technique.
It is used for the online monitoring of SO2, NOx (NO, NO2) and atmospheric particulate in the ultra-low emission of various fixed sources, and can expand the monitoring of CO, CO2 and other pollutants.
The whole system is composed of four parts:
* gaseous pollutant monitoring subsystem (O2, NOx (NO, NO2))
* atmospheric particulate monitoring subsystem,
* flue gas parameter monitoring subsystem (temperature, pressure, flow rate, humidity, oxygen content),
* system control and data collection and processing subsystem

System Composition:
The CEMS-5000-L system is composed of four parts:
• gaseous pollutant monitoring subsystem (O2, NOx (NO, NO2))
• atmospheric particulate monitoring subsystem,
• flue gas parameter monitoring subsystem (temperature, pressure, flow rate, humidity, oxygen content)
• system control and data collection and processing subsystem
It can monitor not only SO2, NOx, O2, PM, temperature, pressure, velocity and humidity, but also can be extended to monitor HCl, HF, CO, CO2, NH3, H2S, Cl2, VOCS for specific occasions. The measured gas passes through sampling probe for dedusting, tracing pipe for sampling and then enters gas analysis module (UV-DOAS technology) for analysis and measurement.
The product effectively solves the technical problem that moisture and dust will interfere the measurement. Especially in ultra-low measurement occasions, it has unparalleled advantages.
Working principle:
The pretreatment system flow path adopts the extraction type heat and humidity method, the whole process is high temperature with heat companion, no cold end, no SO2 loss; The analyzer adopts White pool structure, has the advantages of low detection limit and fast response.
The sample gas is extracted into the pretreatment system through the high temperature pump. The dust is removed from the sample gas through the probe filter element.
After sampling the probe and heating the sample gas through the heating module, the sample gas is passed through Constant power heat pipe heat to about 120o C into the host cabinet, and then filtered by the secondary level filter and membrane filter. The final sample gas is sent to the analyzer for analyzing in the heating box.
The system can achieve periodical purge towards the probe through controlling the sampling solenoid valve and purge solenoid valve. In addition, the system is able to realize periodical auto zeroing function. The system is equipped with full-process calibration function.

2. Dust monitor
PT-100 Dust Monitor adopting laser backward scattering measuring technology with imported core components. 3. Temperature and pressure flow monitor
PT-500 is a split temperature and pressure flow monitor specially developed for low flow conditions. The instrument uses a high precision differential pressure / static pressure sensor and a unique Pitot tube structure design. It is combined with automatic calibration and automatic reflux technology, and can be widely used in various real-time continuous measurement occasions of flue gas temperature, pressure, flow rate and flow rate.
