DM-300 Dust monitor

DM-300 Dust Particle Monitor is an In-situ extractive particle monitor. It extracts particles from the flue(chimney) at an equal velocity into the particle measurement module. The module is with full process high-temperature
heating for measurement.
DM-300 is featured with high precision, low detection limit, no influence of mositure. It is suitable for ultra-low emission and low-temperature, highhumidity flue gas applications after wet desulfurization treatment.



Application

Thermal power plant, steel metallurgy, cement production, ceramics manufacturing, and waste incineration, as well as the monitoring of flue dust emissions from various power generation boilers, industrial kilns,and industrial
boilers, and the process control of flue gas desulfurization and dust removal projects.


Feature
•    Adopt the laser forward scattering method to detect dust concentration; low detection limit.
•    Full-process heat tracing, which heats water vapor to the gaseous state to prevent dust from caking and blocking gas path when encountering water. Thus it applies to high humidity occasion.
•    Pitot tube isokinetic sampling method meets the technical condition of dust sampling
•    Support automatic purging to clean gas path and avoid dust blocking
•    Support automatic zeroing technology under high temperature and automatic calibration technology of all optical paths

Working principle

DM-300 adopts the laser forward scattering principle to complete the detection of particle concentration in the flue gas. Its is composed of optical components including laser, gas chamber, and detector (including an aperture and lens).When the modulated laser illuminates the flue gas containing dust particles, the scattered light generated
by the irradiated particles is received by a highly sensitive detector. The received signal being transformed, amplified and calculated by the data processing system, the particle concentration value will be displayed on the
LCD screen.
